Question 1

What is Grownetic?

Accepted Answer

Grownetic is the operating system for cleaning, detailing, and landscaping companies that have outgrown their owner. It captures every lead, answers it fast, follows up, books the job, and runs the back office — so the business doesn't depend on you picking up the phone.

Question 2

What's the difference between Launch, Capture, and Convert?

Accepted Answer

Launch gives you a template website and one inbox for every lead. Capture adds missed call text back and every channel — Google Business, Facebook, Instagram — answered fast. Convert adds the AI Receptionist, automated quotes, follow-up sequences, and review requests.

Question 3

Is there a contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Every tier is month to month. Stay because it works, not because you signed something.

Question 4

How long until we are live?

Accepted Answer

Most accounts are running within a week. We do the setup; you join a short onboarding call and approve the messages.

Question 5

What does the setup fee cover?

Accepted Answer

The account build: your phone number, inbox channels, automations, message templates, and pipeline, all configured for your business. Launch has no setup fee.

Question 6

Can I change tiers later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Move up when the business is ready, or step down if you need to. We'll handle the changeover.

Question 7

What about the phone and texting?

Accepted Answer

We set up a business number that calls and texts from one inbox, or connect the number you already have. Texting is registered properly so your messages get delivered.
